How will I be charged?

• An individual user can pay through Stripe during the account opening and onboarding process, or we can invoice you directly. Individuals have the option to pay upfront for a full year, or month-to-month. If you choose month-to-month, we will process your payment automatically until you request otherwise or cancel your subscription.
• Firms can pay through Stripe, or we can invoice you directly. Firms have the option to pay upfront, or monthly. If you choose month-to-month, we will process your payment automatically until you request otherwise or cancel your subscription.
• Enterprises will be invoiced directly upfront for the annual contract amount.

You always can change your billing information and frequency in the "Account Management" tab on your Dashboard. If you have other billing questions, please reach out to us at support@risr.com.

All agreements will renew automatically upon the renewal date unless either party provides notice of its intent not to renew or to terminate its agreement, which is to be submitted in writing thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current period.
